So, here we are, the first week-end in 2013 and many of you may be facing the unwelcome (if not grim) prospect of returning to work tomorrow. Or you might unfortunately be facing the even more unwelcome and grimmer prospect of not having a job to return to tomorrow. Either way, we wish you well – and offer our sincere hope that 2013 will be a good year for you.
On our side, we’re looking forward to 2013 with both hope and enthusiasm for the new opportunities that are coming our way, as well as with doubt and trepidation because of the way that certain economic, social and political winds are blowing. I guess we can safely predict that 2013 will be an “interesting” year…
But in the meantime, let’s pause for a moment and look back at a year in the life of Strike-Hold! – courtesy of the good people at WordPress:
“About 55,000 tourists visit Liechtenstein every year. This blog was viewed about 740,000 times in 2012. If it were Liechtenstein, it would take about 13 years for that many people to see it. Your blog had more visits than a small country in Europe!”
They also let us know that these visitor came from a total of 213 countries! The United States, Canada and Great Britain were the top 3 countries of origin – with Germany, France and Poland being the next 3 with the highest number of visitors. We also had some surprisingly high numbers from some unexpected corners of the globe…
